Asociación Mexicana de Fibras Inmobiliarias, A.C. (“AMEFIBRA”), domiciled in Antonio Dovali Jaime 70, 14th floor, Samara, Torre B, Zedec Santa Fe, CP 01219, Mexico City and, in compliance with the Federal Laws on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (the “Law”), is responsible for the confidentiality, use and protection and consequently makes this Privacy Notice available to you, in order to know how they are used, disclosed and they store their personal data and any information that is collected through our website, in order to guarantee the privacy of such information and the right to the self-determination of information about people.

Within that period we will inform you about the origin of the same, and if applicable, it will be effective within 15 (fifteen) days following the date on which the response is communicated. AMEFIBRA shall be deemed to have complied with the moment in which it responds to your email or the acknowledgment of receipt and reading is received, if applicable.
In case of revocation of the consent that, where appropriate, has been granted for the processing of your personal data, it is important that you keep in mind that not in all cases AMEFIBRA will be able to attend your request or terminate the use immediately, since It is possible that for some legal obligation it is required to continue treating your personal data. Likewise, you should consider that, for certain purposes, the revocation of your consent will imply that we cannot continue to provide the service you requested or conclude it, or that you cannot continue with the recruitment and selection process that you have initiated with we.
The procedures mentioned above will be totally free, and may be requested by the owner or legal representative of the Personal Data, proving ownership or legal representation, through the presentation of a simple copy of the identification documents, as well as the exhibition of the original for comparison, or those instruments established in article 89 of the regulation of the Law.

To protect the Personal Data against any damage, loss , alteration, destruction, as well as the unauthorized use, access or treatment thereof, AMEFIBRA has implemented sufficient and necessary administrative, technical and physical security measures, the foregoing in compliance with article 19 of the Law and other applicable regulations .
