Fibra NEXT

Fibra Next (ticker: NEXT 25) is a real estate investment trust launched by Fibra Uno (FUNO) and listed on the Mexican Stock Exchange on July 24, 2025. Specializing in high-end industrial and logistics properties (Class A), it began operations with nine industrial parks (the Jupiter portfolio) and 100% occupancy. Its goal is to establish itself as Mexico’s leading industrial REIT.

It is considered a milestone for the Mexican Stock Exchange, as it was the first IPO in more than seven years, reflecting confidence in the country’s logistics sector.
